DUE TO EXCESSIVE CANCELLATIONS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY CLIENTS WILL NOW BE REQUIRED TO PAY A 100% CANCELLATION FEE FOR ANY CANCELED APPOINTMENT UNDER 24 HOURS. You can pay via instant invoice, cash app, or it will be added to your next appointment! My aim is to be a personal appointment only service based salon only taking one- two clients at a time but when appointments are constantly cancelled last minute it prevents me from having a full work day and prevents others from being able to come in and be serviced.
