AH Beauty Academy – Refund & Cancellation Policy At AH Beauty Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, in-depth beauty education and hands-on training. To maintain the integrity of our programs and protect our educators’ time, we enforce the following policy for all courses: ❌ No Refunds All class payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our training, limited seating, and course preparation, no refunds will be issued once payment is made. Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your class, you may do so one time at no additional charge, as long as you notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date. Requests made within 7 days of the class may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows or failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of your payment. 📅 How to Reschedule To reschedule, please email us at [insert your academy email] with your name, class name, and desired new date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on available dates. 1. Payment Policy Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat. Remaining balance (if applicable) is due by 7 days before the class. Payment plans may be available via Afterpay. 2. Tardiness Policy Please arrive on time. Students arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be allowed to join and will need to reschedule for the next available date. No extra time will be added for late arrivals. 3. Model Policy If your course includes a live model portion, models may be provided or students may be required to bring their own (you’ll be notified in advance). If you do not bring a model and none are available, you may only observe and will need to complete your model work at a later date to receive certification. 4. Certification Requirements In order to receive your certification, you must complete:All training hoursAll hands-on practical workSubmit clear before & after photos (if required)Demonstrate professionalism and safety throughout training 5. Code of Conduct Disrespectful, disruptive, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any student from class without refund if policies are violated. 6. Photography & Media Policy By attending class, you agree to be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us via email before class.
