What is a business plan?
A business plan is a document setting out a business's future objectives and strategies for achieving them. So basically your goals for your business written down with a way to, and time frame to achieve.
Do you even need one?
In my opinion, you do. Are they as important as they were 10-15 years ago? Maybe not, but to some, they are just as important as the business themselves. See, a goal is nothing but a dream unless you put specific plans and steps in action to achieve your goal. A business plan helps you physically see your business goals and see each step you'll need to take to make those goals a reality.
